Worst action: so sad! Rodgers’ New York Jets in disarray’ as another top figure sacked” just now after his shocking press conference statement” aim the ongoing huddles” as he calls for full settlement’ here’s the full tragic story…

The Jets fired general manager Joe Douglas in response to firing head coach Robert Saleh, leaving Aaron Rodgers as the only man left in New York. The Jets dropped to a 3-8 record after losing to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday at MetLife Stadium.

With all of the excitement and anticipation around Rodgers’ arrival, the NFL team is now all but eliminated from playoff contention, which is a devastating defeat.

Head coach Saleh was abruptly fired last month. The owners’ frustration is evident from the declining performance, as Douglas follows Saleh out the door. It is unclear if Woody Johnson, the owner of the Jets, will lead the team’s most recent makeover or if he would join President Donald Trump’s incoming government, as he did from 2016 to 2020.

His brother Christopher will probably take over if he joins. Additionally, Rodgers loses another ally who was committed to seeing the four-time MVP thrive in New York with Douglas’ departure. In a statement, Johnson said: “I told Joe Douglas today that he will no longer be the general manager of the New York Jets.

I want to wish Joe and his family the best of luck in the future and thank him for his dedication to the Jets over the past six years. For the rest of the season, Phil Savage will serve as the interim general manager. We’ll start the process right away to find a new general manager.”

Given how the 2024 season has gone, it appears less likely that Rodgers will rejoin the squad in 2025 the more the team swings toward a makeover and rebuild.

The Jets had some noteworthy success selecting players in the draft under Douglas, with a large portion of that success coming from the 2022 Draft class. The Jets acquired Jermaine Johnson, Breece Hall, Sauce Gardner, and Garrett Wilson in a single draft.

All things considered, the 2024 season has been a complete bust. Given that the Jets were predicted to win the Super Bowl throughout the summer, they are on course to become one of the NFL’s worst failures and go down in history for all the wrong reasons.

Rather, the Jets’ season has led to the dismissal of the general manager and head coach. The next player may be Rodgers, who in 2024 has passed for 2,442 yards, 17 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions.
